If you require a refund please email our offices to put us on formal notice at: support@floridainsurancelicenseonline.com. Our refund policy is to refund 100% of your registration fee less a $50 administrative fee if we are put on formal notice within fourteen (14) days of your course registration. Failure to login, start, or finish the course does not make a student eligible for a refund. You do not have to have a specific reason for a refund BUT you must put us on formal written notice within fourteen (14) days of your course registration.
